New BrewTus bioreactor units set to change the RAS industry’s approach to microbiome management

Nova Q are Irish-based environmental sustainability specialists with a particular expertise in managing the microbiome in RAS systems.

And we are exited to announce that we have now developed, with our Canadian partners, a new automated bioreactor unit, to complement our existing range of RAS Right bacteria solutions.

The BrewTus units can be used to grow-up batches of beneficial RAS Right bacteria from which you can constantly dose your system to help maintain a stable microbiome and reduce the risk of opportunistic pathogens taking hold.

This ‘active microbiome management’ approach has seen success in multiple RAS in Europe and North America over the last 5 years, and is based on our long experience of using ‘active microbiome management’ in waste water treatment systems.

BrewTus units available in a range of sizes to suite small hatcheries up to larger post-smolt or grow-out facilities.
