KAESER MOBILAIR e-power M50E skid-mounted portable compressors feature emissions-free, whisper-quiet electric drive, making them the perfect choice for use in Aquaculture environments and low-emission or noise-protection zones.

Featuring a Premium Efficiency IE3 electric motor alongside tried and proven design enhancements for Aquaculture applications, the KAESER M50E has a flow rate of 5.0 m³/min (180 cfm) at 7 bar (100 psi).

The e-power M50E’s compact design allows these units to operate in challenging locations where space is at a premium. Lifting eyes are fitted to ensure safe load-securing and transportation. Heavy-duty skids enable the units to be relocated and moved easily into position while protecting the underside from damage.

Thanks to robust technology and a star-delta starter, these e-power electric stationary portable compressors are formidable performers. They can operate in temperatures from -10 °C to +40 °C, and a low-temperature version is also optionally available for use in colder conditions.

These MOBILAIR e-power compressors can be used to provide a temporary or permanent compressed air supply. The polyethylene enclosure is resistant to all weather conditions and consequently eliminates the need for an additional protective cover.

Our stock compressor units are equipped with a compressed air aftercooler to provide cool and condensate-free compressed air. Accumulated condensate is collected in a canister to safeguard the environment.

MOBILAIR e-power compressors are operated using just six keys, making them exceptionally simple and intuitive to use – start/stop control and pressure adjustment couldn’t be easier. The colour display indicates alarms, shows all operating states and features a countdown to the next scheduled maintenance. A lockable metal flap protects the control panel from malicious damage or unauthorised access.

Thanks to the electric drive, no engine oil, fuel filter, or engine oil filter changes are necessary. This means longer service intervals and, consequently, less preventative maintenance downtime for the machine. Savings of up to 25% are possible compared with the energy costs for a portable compressor operated by a diesel engine.

Specially developed by KAESER for portable compressors, an Anti-Frost Control automatically adjusts operating temperature in relation to ambient. In combination with an optional tool lubricator, this feature prevents air tools from freezing up in harsh conditions and significantly extends their service life.
